Adds every invitee as a FluentCRM contact on this same WordPress site — no API keys, no external requests.
Requirements
- The free FluentCRM plugin installed and active on the same site.
Setup
- Go to Availo → Integrations → CRM → FluentCRM.
- Tick Push new bookings to this integration.
- Optional: enter comma-separated List IDs and/or Tag IDs (each list/tag shows its ID in FluentCRM → Lists / Tags).
- Choose the Contact status for new contacts: Subscribed, or Pending to send FluentCRM’s double-opt-in email. Existing contacts keep their current status.
- Save & send test — a test contact using your admin email appears in FluentCRM.
What is sent
Contact name + email, your chosen lists/tags, and the booking details as a contact note (event, time in the invitee’s time zone, host, location, custom answers).
Notes
- If FluentCRM is deactivated later, the card shows Unavailable and pushes are skipped silently — bookings are never affected.
