Global settings live under Availo → Settings. (Per-meeting options live on each event type; working hours live under Availability.)
Email sender name
The From name shown on all Availo emails. Defaults to your site name.
Email sender address
The From email address for all Availo emails. Defaults to your site’s admin email. For reliable delivery, use an address at your own domain and configure an SMTP plugin.
Booking widget accent color
The primary color used throughout the booking widget — buttons, selected dates, and highlights. Set it to match your brand. The default is a blue (#0069ff).
Reminder email
How many hours before a meeting the reminder email is sent to the invitee. For example, 24 sends it a day ahead. Set to 0 to turn reminders off. See Reminders.
Data removal
Controls what happens to your data if you delete the plugin.
- Off (default) — uninstalling Availo leaves your bookings, schedules, and settings in the database, so nothing is lost if you reinstall.
- On — uninstalling permanently deletes all Availo data: bookings, schedules, event types, and settings.
This only applies when you fully delete the plugin from Plugins, not when you deactivate it.
