GoHighLevel

← All documentation

Included in Availo Pro. Once Pro is active, find this integration under Availo → Integrations.

Creates or updates the contact in a HighLevel sub-account (location), with optional tags and the booking details attached as a contact note. Uses HighLevel’s API 2.0 with a Private Integration token — no marketplace app or OAuth setup needed.

Get your credentials

  1. In the sub-account (not the agency view): Settings → Private Integrations → Create new integration.
  2. Give it the View Contacts and Edit Contacts scopes and copy the token (starts with pit-).
  3. Location ID: Settings → Business Profile, or copy the ID from the sub-account URL.

Setup

  1. Availo → Integrations → CRM → GoHighLevel, paste the token + Location ID.
  2. Optional Tags: comma-separated names (e.g. availo-booking) — created automatically if they don’t exist.
  3. Enable + Save & send test, then check the sub-account’s Contacts.

What is sent

Email, first/last name, your tags, source: "Availo booking", and the booking details (event, time in the invitee’s time zone, host, location, custom answers) as a note on the contact.

Behaviour

  • Contacts are upserted by email within the location — repeat bookers never create duplicates.
  • Agency-level tokens are not supported; create the Private Integration inside the specific sub-account you want bookings in.

Troubleshooting

  • 401: the token was created at agency level, or lacks the contact scopes — recreate it inside the sub-account with View + Edit Contacts.
  • 403 / location mismatch: the Location ID doesn’t belong to the sub-account the token was created in.
