Adds or updates every invitee as a Keap (Infusionsoft) contact, with an optional tag.
Get your credentials
- Keap → Settings → API → Service Account Keys → create a key (starts with
KeapAK-). No OAuth app needed. - Optional tag ID: Keap → Tags — the numeric ID of the tag to apply.
Setup
- Availo → Integrations → Email marketing → Keap, paste the Service Account Key (+ tag ID), enable, Save & send test.
What is sent
Email (EMAIL1), first/last name; the tag is applied to the upserted contact.
Behaviour
- Contacts are upserted with Keap’s
duplicate_option=Email, so repeat bookers are updated, not duplicated.
