HubSpot

Included in Availo Pro. Once Pro is active, find this integration under Availo → Integrations.

Creates or updates the contact in HubSpot and logs the booking as a Note on the contact’s timeline.

Get your credentials

1. HubSpot → Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create a private app.
2. Scopes: crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.contacts.write.
3. Copy the access token (starts with pat-).

Setup

1. Availo → Integrations → CRM → HubSpot, paste the token, tick Push new bookings, then Save & send test.
2. Check HubSpot → Contacts for the test contact with a note on its timeline.

What is sent

Email, first/last name; the booking details (event, time, host, location, answers) as a timeline note stamped at the meeting time.

Behaviour

• Existing contacts (matched by email) are updated, never duplicated.
• If the note fails but the contact saves, the delivery is still recorded as a success with a warning in the detail.
