Creates or updates the person and adds the booking as a meeting activity linked to them.
Get your credentials
- Your company domain is the first part of your Pipedrive URL:
yourcompany.pipedrive.com→yourcompany. - API token: Pipedrive → click your avatar → Personal preferences → API.
Setup
- Availo → Integrations → CRM → Pipedrive, enter domain + token, enable, Save & send test.
- Check Pipedrive → Contacts → People for the test person with a meeting activity.
What is sent
Person name + email; a meeting activity with the booking subject, date/time (UTC, Pipedrive displays it in your company time zone), duration, and the booking details as the activity note.
Behaviour
- People are matched by email (exact match) and never duplicated.
