Included in Availo Pro. Once Pro is active, find this integration under Availo → Integrations.

Adds or updates every invitee as a Brevo contact, optionally into lists.

Get your credentials

  1. Brevo → profile menu → SMTP & API → API keys → generate a v3 key (starts with xkeysib-).
  2. Optional list IDs: Contacts → Lists — each list shows its numeric ID.

Setup

  1. Availo → Integrations → Email marketing → Brevo, paste the key (+ list IDs), enable, Save & send test.

What is sent

Email, FIRSTNAME/LASTNAME attributes, and list assignments. Contacts are upserted (updateEnabled), never duplicated.
